Judy has been working as a counsellor since 1995. Her original training was as a relationship counsellor, and she worked for Relate for several years.

Over time, Judy expanded her professional development to include supervision for trainee and newly qualified counsellors. She has provided supervision within various colleges, training organisations, and private practice settings, as well as within youth organisations.

Judy also extended her training to work with survivors of post-traumatic incidents. In addition, she has worked with the Marlow Pastoral Foundation and undertaken further training with Westminster Pastoral Counselling Services.

Judy is currently studying Reiki as an additional skill to support her work in the future. She abides by the BACP Code of Ethics and the ethical framework of the Reiki Federation, of which she is a member.
